Heatly breakfast

 Ingredients:
  • Olive oil
  • Ham ot turkey
  • Wholemeal bread
  • Oranges
  • Kiwis
  • Pears
Steps:
First we have cut the fruit and put in a bowl
 

Then we have cut the wholemeal bread in the middle an we have add the ham or turkey and the olive oil.

 After that we made the orange juice.

  • And finally we have had our healthy breakfast
